Refund Policy

NSW IT SERVICES will refund 100% of the amount you paid if We fail to deliver our Service within 15 days of the subscription commencement. You need to apply for this refund by writing an e-mail to us at support@nswitservices.com stating your name, details of the plan purchased, and the reason for seeking the refund. We will revert back to you within 3 to 5 business days on details of the refund.

You are free to cancel your subscription anytime during the period you’ve opted by writing a mail to us at support@nswitservices.com if you do not receive the confirmation e-mail from NSW IT SERVICESwithin 3-5 working days, you can call at our customer care number and apply for cancellation. If our technicians were able to resolve a few or all problems you encountered during the subscription period yet you are not satisfied with the way the services were delivered, you can cancel the service you’ve availed with NSW IT SERVICES. Under such circumstances, refund will be made for the days left till the plan gets expired on pro-rata basis.
